More Fakery in the FTX Bankruptcy Court – Judge Rules on Keeping Creditors’ Names Redacted

Late last week we reported on the bizarre move by FTX debtors to request that the court keep the names of FTX creditors hidden during the trial.

WHAT’S GOING ON? FTX Debtors File Motion to Hide the Names of FTX Creditors

Zerohedge reported moments ago that the US Trustee in the FTX bankruptcy case is opposed to keeping FTX creditor names confidential.

The judge in the case says however that he will keep the top 50 creditor names redacted for the time being.

In addition, an attorney who claims to represent a significant number of the top 50 creditors showed up today.

What is going on and by whom are now very relevent questions being asked in the FTX bankruptcy case.
